Tiger Moth
Tiger Moth A17-14 of 2 Elementary Flying Training School 2 EFTS at Archerfield, forced landed at Ripley, 13 miles SSW of Archerfield Airfield at 0910 hours on 11 May 1940. The crew Flying Officer K.R. McDonald and A.C.2 Gerald Martin Arnell (404075) were both uninjured. The engine failed due to an air lock. There was no damage to the aircraft.
Can anyone help me with more information on this crash?
