"M" SPECIAL OPERATIONS
IN AUSTRALIA DURING WWII

Gladys Edna Skilbeck (VF396355), once told her son Robert Bryce, that she was an AWAS in "M" Special but would never talk about it - even until her death a few years before 2002. Robert knows that she went to Indooroopilly and had a photo of what appeared to be a large bluestone type place. Gladys was from Victoria and was to go to Japan for the post war cleanup.
