DH-94 Moth Minor
On 1 August 1944 at 1115 hours EST, RAAF DH-94 Moth Minor A21-9 (G-AFRJ, Airframe No. 94068) of 7 CU made a forced landing after an engine failure 5 miles south east of Pearce airfield in Western Australia.
The pilot F/O Sydney Ben Houghton (403847) and crew member F/O Thomas William Carmody (436066) were both uninjured.
The aircraft was received by the RAAF on 14 February 1940 and was Struck off Charge on 21 August 1944.
Can anyone help me with more information on this crash?
