AT DUTSON BOMBING & GUNNERY RANGE, VIC

On 29 June 1942, RAAF Hawker Demon A1-26 from No. 3 Bombing & Gunnery School, suffered engine failure during a turn over the target at Dutson Range east of West Sale airfield and slipped into the ground. The pilot Sgt. F. Cullen was injured.
