28.09.44 Missing at night en route Horn Island to Daru Papua on
ferry flight to 33 Squadron Milne Bay.
Pilot F/O FL Curr of 33 Squadron and passenger W/O DeLas of
ANGAU for whom permission
to travel had earlier been refused. Presumed lost.
