Tiger Moth
Tiger Moth A17-21 of 2 Elementary Flying Training School 2 EFTS at Archerfield, crashed at Redcliffe, near Brisbane at 0850 hours on 22 February 1940. The pilot Cadet M.N. Finister was injured including concussion, abrasions and shock. The aircraft crashed during a forced landing following an engine failure and caught on fire. The aircraft was completely burnt out.
NOTE:- I am unable to find anyone called Finister in the WWII Nominal Roll.
Can anyone help me with more information on this crash?
