CRASH OF A P-40E KITTYHAWK
AT WILLIAMTOWN, NSW
ON AN UNKNOWN DATE

On an unknown date, USAAF P-40 Kittyhawk #40-412 put on its brakes and overshot the airfield at WIlliamtown in New South Wales. The aircraft nosed over. There was extensive damage to the airscrew and the other parts of the aircraft. The pilot was Mr. Connell. The time of the crash was 0130/2/3.
