My mother, the former Gwen Rosenfeld wasn't able to go home when the bombs hit as the area was cordoned off. She lived in Oonoomba next to the Palm trees. We need clearer photos than what we are able to print out of the computer for her to try to identify the people in them.
If you send them to John Blessas, 24 Fadden Street, Walkerston, Qld 4741 we will do the best we can for you.
Strangely enough this site came up when we were checking up on NSW shipping and passenger lists

Re previous e-mail. My mother thinks one of the ladies is Thelma Pepadine, one of the younger women. Ooonoomba school was closed after this as it was too close to the rail bridge that they were aiming at. If you could send clearer photos that would be a help.

Can anyone help me with more information?
