A HUDSON BOMBER
AT MILLINGIMBI, NT
ON 14 JULY 1943

On 14 July 1943, Mark III Hudson A16-189 (BW666) of 2 Squadron RAAF, piloted by Mr. Brodie, was involved in a landing accident at Millingimbi in the Northern Territory, when the Hudson's landing gear collapsed.
A16-189 was delivered to the RAAF in March 1942. It was eventually sold to the Macquarie Grove Flying School in September 1947.
