JAPANESE BOMBING RAID
AT LONG AIRFIELD, NT
ON 14 AUGUST 1943

In the early hours of the morning of 14 August 1943, Japanese aircraft dropped bombs near the southern end of the taxiway at Long airfield in the Northern Territory.
