AT PT. STUART? IN QUEENSLAND

Boomerang

In October 1943, Boomerang CA-12, A46-87 (CAC Constructor's No. 910), crashed near Pt. Stuart in Queensland.

Can someone tell me where Pt. Stuart is located?
Is it Port Stuart or Point Stuart?

The wreckage of Boomerang A46-87 was not discovered until 1974. Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation historian, Richard Hourigan restored another Boomerang, A46-249, but had to use the wings from A46-87 to complete the restoration.
